The residential complex has a wellness area with sauna and an indoor pool. The apartments are equipped with TV, Internet, underground parking. The Avenida Mountain Resort is situated in the best location in the center of Kaprun.
The final cleaning is not included and need to be paid extra on the day of arrival.
The large TOP A12 apartment is located on the first floor of the Avenida Mountain Resort Kaprun. It consists of four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower. The living room is spacious with a cosy dining table and an open-plan designer kitchen. You can relax by the open fireplace in the seating area, from which you have a marvellous view of Kaprun and the Maiskogel. The large balcony can be accessed directly from the living room.
The final cleaning costs of € 266,- need to be paid extra on the day of arrival.
