All areas are new, of very high quality, modern and cozy and lovingly furnished. The open main staircase connects the ground floor with the first floor. Both ground and first floor are fully equipped with new kitchens, bedroom and living rooms, toilets and shower or bathtub on the first floor, free W-Lan and folding TV. The attached garden invites you to barbecue and relax.
One more piece of information about parking: Loading and unloading is possible directly at the house. Long-term parking is possible in the immediate vicinity. There are public parking spaces. 30 seconds walking distance from the house.

"Bühlblick" (One to five persons/optionally seven + possibly two children up to 12 years). Bedroom: In our apartment "Bühlblick" you will find a very nice bedroom with a floating beam bed with two very high quality mattresses. One slightly harder and one softer. Allergy friendly pillows and down comforters. In the bedroom there is a pull-out sofa, which can accommodate another person (or two children up to 12 years old) to sleep on if needed. Flat TV. In the bunk bed room there is also a very high quality bunk bed made of oak. Here, too, we have prepared for you excellent mattresses, as well as allergy-friendly pillows and down comforters. Behind the door there is a corner for relaxing, which can also be used as a complete sleeping place. Kitchen: The kitchen is new and equipped to a very high standard. At your disposal is: Coffee maker for coffee beans, milk frother, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer, fondue set, raclette grill, hand mixer and much more. If something is missing please give us very happy feedback. In the kitchen and dining area there is also a sofa that can be pulled out and used as a sleeping place for one more person (optionally two children up to 12 years). Flat TV. Bathroom with bathtub. For each guest we provide a body shower towel and a towel. A hairdryer is available. Hallway: Behind the sliding glass door in the hallway is a "RumpelKammer". Here you will find everything necessary for the household: a vacuum cleaner, a mop, iron as well as ironing board and other utensils if you want to do some cleaning. The house is basically a self-catering house. Dog: If you have a dog with you, please take note of our guidelines: "Rules of conduct dog". One dog costs EUR10 per day. You will be provided with a basket and two bowls for the for the time of your stay. W-LAN is available in the house. Cell phone coverage is also available, but can vary depending on your provider. We are private landlords and have put a lot of heart and soul into the renovation, design and equipment of the rooms. For us, renting is a matter of trust. The house is not a museum, but we hope for a mindful approach. If you break or destroy something we kindly ask you to tell us immediately so that we can take care of it - and the next guests also have everything available! Everything that exceeds EUR 50,00 in replacement costs, we would charge in case of a mishap. We strongly advice for a private liability insurance. If you have booked a longer stay with us and you need fresh hand-shower or kitchen towels, as well as bed linen, please contact us.
