The spacious house with a natural stone façade is situated on a secluded plot in a rural setting. The well thought-out and child-friendly design of the outdoor areas allows all members of the family to enjoy a happy and carefree holiday. The pool area and the child-safe playground with bamboo hut and tree house are clearly laid out and easy to keep an eye on while relaxing with a good holiday read. The cosy covered terrace next to the house is the ideal place for barbecues with the whole family. By the way: In the hot summer season on Mallorca, you will appreciate the two underground parking spaces.

The interior of this charming farmhouse combines typical Mallorcan elements with modern living comfort. On the ground floor, a cosy living room with a large corner sofa offers plenty of space for social gatherings. The well-equipped kitchen with open-plan dining area is also designed to maximise the use of the farmhouse. There is also a bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor. A staircase with child safety gate leads from the living room to the upper floor. Here you will find a master bedroom with dressing area and en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms on this level share another bathroom. The fifth bedroom with its own WC is located in an outbuilding and can be accessed separately. All rooms can be air-conditioned to ensure pleasant indoor temperatures even in the hot summer season.
The family-friendly Villa Son Bosch is located between Inca and Búger at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains. For your daily shopping you can drive to Inca, where you can also go shopping or visit the lively weekly market in the town every Thursday. The beautiful bays and beaches of the north-east, especially the bay of Alcúdia, are very easy to reach in a hire car.
