Here you can enjoy the open view over the Oosterschelde from the couch or one of the two armchairs, or relax and watch a movie or your favorite series.

Slide open the patio doors and step out onto the fully enclosed terrace. Here, a cozy garden table with chairs awaits, perfect for an outdoor breakfast or a pleasant dinner at sunset. Through the gate, you have direct access to the little beach - ideal for a spontaneous walk or on a summer day!

Fully Equipped Kitchen

As you walk through to the kitchen, you pass the second front door, and here you also find a laundry/storage room with a washing machine and more than enough storage space. The oval dining table seats 6 people, while the fully equipped kitchen invites you to show off your culinary skills. With a stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and various small appliances like a toaster and citrus press, you have everything you need for delicious meals. Make a nice cup of coffee with the Nespresso, and your hot tea water will be boiled for you by the kettle.

From the kitchen, step directly onto the spacious balcony with a view of the picturesque harbor of Sint-Annaland. Relax on the lounge couch and let the calm wash over you.

The two equal-sized bedrooms each offer a double bed and beautiful views. Choose between a panoramic view of the Oosterschelde or the lively harbor scene. The beds (180x200 cm and 160x200 cm) have separate mattresses (2x 90x200 cm + 2x 80x200 cm) for optimal sleep comfort. Each room is also equipped with a wardrobe, nightstands with lighting, and blackout window treatments.

Modern Bathroom

The modern bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, and washbasin with a mirror. There is also a separate toilet for added convenience, with some open storage space beneath.
