Holiday house near the sea with a large terrace and a parking space
This villa is located at the heart of the gulf of Castellammare, just 100 metres from the sea and the beach, accessed via a private road.
Outside there is an outdoor pool with a shower and WC. There is also a roofed terrace with an outdoor kitchen and grill. There is parking space on site for up to three cars. You can enjoy the view of the sea and Capo San Vito.
The house offers a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, a storage room, a bathroom with a shower and WC. A cot or a camp bed can be provided on request. Wireless Internet access is available. The living room has two comfortable sofa beds for three people. Up to seven people can be accommodated in total. The large and light living room provides direct access to the roofed terrace. All the windows are fitted with fly screens and the apartment has an alarm system. Satellite TV and wireless Internet access are available free of charge. A washing machine, crockery, pans, cutlery and cooking utensils, as well as bedlinen, are also provided.
It is less than a kilometre to a disco and the free beach is just 100 metres away. The owners offer a shuttle service to Palermo airport and Trapani. In the nearby locality three kilometres away you can find restaurants and shops.
