Rustic holiday house in a restored former barn from the 8th century, with a garden, in the mountains

This holiday house is a completely converted barn from the 8th century. It is at an altitude of 700 metres in the midst of a green landscape.

The ground floor measures 50m² and the first floor a further 50m². The house has its own gas heating and wireless Internet access is also available. The ground floor has a well-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, electric oven, fridge and an espresso maker. The living room has two sofas, satellite TV, a DVD and CD player. The bathroom provides a shower, bidet and WC. The upper floor has a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm), a cupboard, a wardrobe and a dresser, as well as a bathroom with a shower, bidet and WC. There is also a children’s room for two children and there is a table tennis table. There are two single beds (80 x 190cm) on a gallery under the roof.

The garden has a pergola, seating, loungers, a table and a gas grill. The site measures 300m², with a garden and two car parking spaces.

The house is ideal for a family with children, sports enthusiasts or dog owners. The lake is just a kilometre away, as is Molina di Ledro, with shops and restaurants.

    “Das Haus ist gepflegt, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Allerdings wären wir über einen Geschirrspüler viel glücklicher gewesen, als über die Waschmaschine.
