House in Lenz-Süd with Communal Parking

The four-star holiday house is 300 metres from the lake Plauer See and around a three-minute walk from a lovely swimming spot. It is in a very quiet holiday park, “Lenzer Höh”, with a playground, table tennis room, shop, bread rolls service, washing machine, dryer, bicycle hire, a sauna and its own swimming area.

The house was newly equipped in 2016 and boasts an exclusive interior with Wi-Fi, LED-LCD TV 40”, satellite receiver, Blu-ray player, a games corner with toys and drawing equipment, children’s books and music, a portable MP3/CD player, two children’s highchairs, two children’s travel beds, a changing table, safety stair gate, therefore suitable for children. There are three bedrooms, a guest WC and a bathroom with a large shower, so it can be used as a holiday house for three generations. Wi-Fi is available. The whole family will feel at home here.

Outside you can find a grill, a canopy beach chair, a terrace with six chairs in the garden and a large parasol. You can use the holiday park car park free of charge.

You will be welcomed with champagne. The house is non-smoking. Pets are welcome on request.

The house is wonderfully situated in nature, surrounded by Plauer See, horse paddocks and a large forest. Enjoy the quiet nature at the holiday park. Lenz is surrounded by lakes. There are three local restaurants, a harbour with boat and bicycle hire, a riding farm with many horses and a little everyday shop. Fresh bread rolls are available directly at the holiday park.

    “Ein wunderschönes, gut und modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus für bis zu 6 Personen. Die Lage in dem Ferienpark ist ruhig, sehr gepflegt und hat einen eigenen Strand mit einem schönen Steg zum Verweilen. Besonders am Abend zum Sonnenuntergang. Direkt daneben schöne weitläufige Pferdekoppeln und der kleine Ort Lenz ist malerisch, mit einer guten Gaststätte und einem größeren Strand.”

    “Die Wertung "Empfehlenswert" steht ja immer im Verhältnis zu dem, was man sucht. Für unsere Zwecke war das Ferienhaus ideal. Es ist geräumig, gut ausgestattet und behaglich. Die Kinder konnten sich ungezwungen drinnen und draußen bewegen und haben sich sehr über die Möglichkeit gefreut, mit den Fahrrädern über das Gelände zu fahren. Die vielfältigen Spazierwege haben Kindern und Hunden viel Abwechslung geboten und die Nähe zur Badestelle ist im Sommer sicher unbezahlbar.”

    “Wir haben in dem Ferienhaus mit Kindern und Hund übernachtet. Die Ausstattung ist super und das Wetter war phantastisch. Die Lage ist super. Keine 2 Minuten und man ist am Strand. Das Haus verfügt über WLAN über LTE, was in der abgeschiedenen Lage einfach sensationell ist. Daumen hoch. Viele Ausflugsziele sind mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. z.B. Malchow und Plau am See. Rundum ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub. Dieses Haus können wir zu 100 % weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.”

    “Toller Urlaub mit Hund!
    In diesem sehr gemütlichen und wunderschön eingerichteten Ferienhaus haben wir uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt.
    Es liegt herrlich in der unberührten Natur zwischen Wäldern, Pferdewiesen und dem Plauer See. Hier kann man in herrlicher Ruhe ausgedehnte Spaziergänge und Fahrradtouren mit dem Hund unternehmen mitten durch den Wald und am See entlang.
    Wer Ruhe und Erholung in der Natur sucht, ist hier genau richtig.
    Wir werden definitiv mit unserem Hund wieder hier Urlaub machen!”
