This holiday home with pool is located about 8 km from Castiglione del Lago, on the hills near Lake Trasimeno and the Tuscan towns of Chiusi and Montepulciano, which you can easily reach. Overlooking cultivated fields and beautiful hills, you can relax in a large saltwater pool equipped with sun loungers. There is a bathroom with shower near the pool. In the garden there are two gazebos for al fresco dining and a lawn. You can also prepare your delicious meals in an outbuilding with a kitchen and fireplace. On the ground floor of the house there is a room with a kitchenette and French windows overlooking the garden, on the first floor there are three double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, on the second floor there is a double bedroom with a massage bath and shower. The west coast of Lake Trasimeno is about 20 kilometres away. In just over two hours you can reach the coast of Tuscany in the province of Grosseto, ideal for a pleasant day by the sea. Excursion tips: Castiglione del Lago 8 km with ferries to Isola Maggiore and Isola Polvese (8 km); Chiusi (10 km) with the town museum and the underground part of the town, Montepulciano (20 km) with the terrace of the Palazzo Comunale with breathtaking views of the countryside; Perugia 50 km, Arezzo 70 km, Todi 70 km, Florence 130 km, Rome 150 km.
