New construction 3 bedroom villa for holidays with private pool to rent in Porto Colom, a charming natural harbour in the south-east of Majorca. Here you can practice water sports, enjoy their beautiful sandy beaches with crystal clear water, restaurants and walks by the sea.

Private Infinitypool

Contemporary style villa, very spacious and luminous with high standard fittings. From the street a few steps take to the hall and to the open living room with glass doors opening onto the covered terrace and pool. From here there are partial bay views at the far end. From the living room there is access to the open kitchen that has a large dining table and a larder. A side door takes to a covered area with a dining table. The bbq is close to the porch as well as the laundry room. The villa has three bedrooms. A twin -beds pushed together- and two double; each has its ony en suite bath/shower room.

The air conditioning is availalble 24 h The upper floor is not available.

    “Sehr schönes neues Objekt, viel Platz, sehr schöne Aussicht&Pool. Leider lassen sich nicht alle Aussenlampen schalten? Einige mit Sicherungen? Sehr hochwertiges Gebäude mit sehr guter Lage. Wir würden nochmal mieten.”
