The holiday apartment is located in a single-family home built in 1980, was renovated in 2016 and is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac road, in a busy environment, in a residential area, on the outskirts. Also due to the view over the mountains from the property and its sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Seline. The holiday apartement is located on a 400 sqm open garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 20 m). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.

In the middle of the vestibule are stairs that lead you into a room that resembles a tavern. There is a wooden table and benches in it. The air conditioning is in the vestibule 2 bedrooms each (15 sqm) with 1 double bed (Queensize). Eat-in kitchen (10 sqm) with 1 additional bed on double sofa bed, sitting area and TV. Cooking nook in the kitchen-diner (12 sqm) with dining area (4 seats), gas stove (3 flames), electric stove (1 plate), oven, extractor hood, fridge (150 l, icebox), microwave and electric kettle. Hallway in the hallway (10 sqm). Bathroom (5 sqm) with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
