The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. Also due to the view over a panorama from the property and its quiet and sunny hillside location the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: terrace and garden furniture.

The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 50 m). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property.
