Located on the third floor of a new building with elevator, it consists of a large living area with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, another bedroom with three beds and a bathroom; complete the property a small terrace furnished with table and chairs and a reserved parking space very precious given the difficulty of parking, because close to the beach.The apartment is equipped with all comforts: flat screen TV, air conditioning, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, video intercom, iron, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, soundproof windows; in the immediate vicinity all the main services.The Lido beach and the Lungomare promenade can easily be reached on foot as it is 500 meters from the beach.For large groups, available in the same building a similar apartment able to accommodate another 7 people.Its width and length, the slow descent of its sandy bottom make the Lido beach the ideal holiday destination for families with children and from Trilo Agostino ... it's really a moment!Just beyond many other wonderful beaches that deserve a nice bath in their waters: Maria Pia, Fertilia, Le bombarde.Consumption of water, electricity and gas: included in the rental price. Tourist tax to be paid locally in cash according to the rules of the Municipality. Security deposit: € 200.00.
