Chasa Diala, sunny with a lovely view

Chasa Diala is a lovely Engadine House on the south-facing slope of Scuol with a perfect view. It offers lots of space for 9 to 12 persons.

The 3-room garden apartment "Sirena" (769343) with terrace and private meadow and the 4 1/2 room-apartment "Ena" (725790) with open fireplace, large south-facing balcony and balcony grill (totally more than 180 sqm to live in) an be booked as combination "Chasa Diala" (1699226).

Chasa Diala has been rated as 5-star-accomodation by Swiss Tourism. All in all there are 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 livingrooms, and two kitchens. The apartments are joined by an internal staircase. Groups with less than 10 persons or groups who want to stay longer or shorter than 7 days please contact the Chasa Diala directly. On our homepage you will find the best prices.

Chasa Diala is ideal for groups and large families. The house is large enough to be able to retire from group activities. Relax in a comfortable chair beside the open fireplace, enjoy the lively mountain view. The two large lving rooms are accomodated with light furniture which allows flexibility. Both apartments habe free WLAN, TV-sets, blueray/DVD, games, books, cushions, blankets, sheepskins and so on. The two kitchens have dishwashers, fridge and freezer, microwave, water cookers, coffee machines, Nespresso-machines, Fondue- and Raclette-set. There are also hair-driers. There is additional room to stow away the luggage.

Two garages and two additional parking lots are included in the price, as well as final cleaning and bedlinnen/towels. The house is ideally situated, only 7 minutes by foot to the cable car and 10 minutes by foot to the villace center with the thermal bath.

Location description: Hauptort im Unterengadin. 1'250 Meter über Meer. Bogn Engiadina Scuol - mit Mineralwasser aus den berühmten Quellen - und Einstieg in das Wander- und Wintersportgebiet Motta Naluns (1'250 m bis 2'800 m ü.M.). Zwischen den zwei gut erhaltenen alten Dorfteilen, Scuol Sura und Scuol Sot (Ober- und Unterscuol) liegt die Haupteinkaufsstrasse Stradun mit 40 Geschäften. Aus verschiedenen Brunnen im Ort fliesst kohlesäurehaltiges Mineralwasser. Scuol ist ein Bollwerk der romanischen Sprachkultur. Romanische Branchenbezeichnungen auf Firmenschildern sind gesetzlich vorgeschrieben, wie beispielsweise «Cuafför» und «Restorant».

    “Negativ: Die Matratzen waren sehr durchgelegen!!!”

    “Nicht die Matratzen sind durchgelegen, sondern vermutlich war der Lattenrost zu weich eingestellt. Leider haben die Gäste dies nicht geprüft. Sie können ihn selbst einstellen.”

    “Positiv: Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Bis zur Gondelbahn sind es nur wenige Minuten zu laufen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und warmherzig.”

    “Positiv: Sehr grosszügige Räumlichkeiten mit diversen Badezimmern für 4 Paare, 2 davon mit Kleinkind.Sehr sauber angetroffen, schöne Bettwäsche und Frottee Wäsche. Mitbenützung Waschmaschine und Tumbler war von Vorteil mit Kleinkindern.Die Woche hat uns sehr gefallen im Haus, wir waren sehr zufrieden. Negativ: Glastische im Wohnzimmer Ena sind nicht sehr geeignet für Kleinkinder.In der Wohnung Sirena musste ein Paar immer durchs Schlafzimmer des anderen Paares, um ins Bad oder zur Toilette zu gehen. Wir waren zwar Familie und trotzdem hat es meine Tochter mit Freund gestört, dass wir nachts das Bad in ihrem Schlafzimmer benutzen mussten. Sie sind jedesmal erwacht. Beste Reisezeit: Summer, winter - Scuol ist sehr vielseitig und nicht so mondän wie das Oberengadin, geeignet für sportler und Familien Umgebung: Supermarket, restaurant, tourist office - Scuol ist ideal für Familien.”
