Exceptional artist’s mansion in Provence

Located in the medieval town of Tarascon (20 km from Avignon, 15 km from St Rémy, 10 km from Arles  at the gates of Camargues, near Les-Beaux-de-Provence),

Comprising a 17th century mas and a smaller, new built semi detached cottage (overall living area of 800m²), a swimming pool  (14m) accessible from mid-May until end of September, a conservatory with Jacuzzi (accessible from October until mid-May),  a summer kitchen with barbecue, an exterior bathroom,

Garden (1 hectare) with pond, pool in a green bower with trees and exotic plants dotted with sculptures,

This unique place includes a fine collection of contemporary and primitive art as well as a harpsichord,

Although only separated from the city centre and King René’s medieval castle by a 15 minutes’ walk, this place stays perfectly quiet (except during the frog’s mating season!...)

Ideally located for promenade either by foot, bicycle or horse

Tarascon Tuesday’s market is very appealing and there are plenty of propositions for cultural visits and festivals (Avignon, Arles) 

The great mas

Facing south you will enter in a large open and equipped kitchen, big american refrigerator- freezer, vitrocerame stove, oven, dishwaster, table with 6 chairs, next to a dining room with a home cinema, table with 12 chairs.
On the opposite side, you may enjoy a large and comfy living room (3 couches seating 3 people each, 2 armchairs and an ancient fireplace) with home stereo, hallway with cupboard, wc
