Take a fishing rod with you, as there are good opportunities for trout fishing in the mountain lakes. In the mountains you may also encounter the diverse fauna such as wild reindeer and various bird species - exciting experiences for young and old. If you want to climb Galdhøppingen, Norway's highest mountain, during your holiday, this holiday home is a good starting point. Excursions to Reinheimen and Jotunheimen are also recommended. The village of Grotli is about 10 kilometres from the holiday home and the town of Geiranger can be reached in about an hour by car.
