Our two lovingly furnished holiday apartments, equipped with solid wood furniture in country house style for 2-5 people, offer plenty of space to relax and unwind.

Each apartment is approximately 85 m² in size and comes with 2 bedrooms, shower/WC or shower/bathtub/WC, terrace, and has direct access to our small garden with a fire pit for grilling.

For the cold season, each apartment features a stove for cozy stays (central heating is, of course, also available).

For small groups or large families, the two apartments can be combined into one unit.

The bedrooms are allergy-friendly and equipped with circuit breakers.

A separate freezer is available for frozen goods.

Our self-built kitchens offer all comforts. From the convection oven with ceramic hob, to a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker, blender, and stick mixer, the kitchens are fully equipped.

For our little guests, we provide baby cots, high chairs, changing tables, baby monitors, baby bathtubs, and bottle warmers. All power sockets accessible to toddlers are equipped with childproof safety covers.

The holiday apartments are each equipped with satellite TV, VCR, CD player, radio, cassette recorder, hairdryer, and ISDN telephone. Internet access is available. All rooms have insect screens on the windows. Furthermore, we have put together a small selection of books, children’s audiobooks, video cassettes, and board games for you.

Shopping facilities (drinks, groceries, baked goods, fruit and refrigerated items, as well as a bank) are located in Winterbach, 1.5 km away. (On Saturdays at noon, there are no shopping options here, so you would need to go to Bad Sobernheim, 15 km away.)

In consideration of children and subsequent guests, we do not allow pets and kindly ask you to refrain from smoking in the apartments! Smoking in the stables is also not permitted!

There is enough firewood and charcoal available for the fireplace and the barbecue area. In the separate laundry room, you will find a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron. You will also find our guest freezer here.

Bed linen, towels, dish and drying towels, dish soap, coffee filter paper, and dishwasher cleaner are included in the price. Also included are ancillary costs and final cleaning. (We ask that the apartments be left broom clean.)

Children aged 0-2 years stay for free; thereafter, they are full-paying guests.
