Situated on the heights of the cliffs of Leucate Plage, with a view of the sea and the lake, in a haven of peace and greenery, you can enjoy your meals on the covered outdoor terrace in complete tranquillity. About 300 metres away, a very large sandy beach, supervised and sheltered from the wind, is accessible on foot by a footpath passing between the villas. Gite located on the ground floor of the owners' house, with a large covered terrace equipped with garden furniture and an electric plancha. Private garden with view of the sea and the ponds. The gîte has a fully equipped living room and kitchen. A bedroom in a cabin (alcove) with 2 bunk beds for 1 person. A bedroom with 1 double bed. A shower room. Separate toilet. Parking in the street in front of the gîte. Reversible air conditioning included.
