This beautiful, traditional stone house with a freestanding assembled pool is located in the small village of Skabici. The only neighbouring building is another stone house and hence the house is ideal for a quiet holiday. In the surrounding area, there are many olive and lavender trees, which add to the beauty of the place. The house is located far from the traffic jams and the noise of the city. It is very comfortable and is an ideal place for two families. One bedroom located on the ground floor has no window. A pebble road, of about 1,400 metres, leads to the house from the main road. This road is used only by the occupants of the house and the neighbours.
