Welcome to the house Seeblick Matzelsdorf. Our holiday apartments have been renovated and furnished in 2023/2024.
The house is in a quiet location at 840m above sea level with a fantastic view to the surrounding mountains and the Millstättersee.
Enjoy your time off in bright and light-flooded apartments, where you can escape the noise of everyday life. The apartments are equipped with bed linen and towels. Each apartment has a balcony or terrace.
The parking spots are in front of the house. There is also enough space for your bicycles/mountain bikes or skis.
Your dog is also very welcome. For the final cleaning with a dog, a one-time surcharge of EUR 15.00 will be charged in addition to the normal final cleaning of EUR 30,00. Since our holiday apartments are all new, we allow ourselves to charge a deposit of €300. Of course, this will be returned at the end if there is no damage.
The location of our house is perfect as starting point for many hiking or mountain bike tours in the surrounding mountains. Stage 1 of the Via Paradiso hiking and mountain bike tour is/leads only a few meters past our house, as does the Alpe Adria Trail.
You can reach the center of Millstatt or Döbriach by car in 10 minutes. Many shopping facilities as well as bars and restaurants are available there. You can also reach the lidos of Millstatt and Döbriach by car in 10 minutes.
Your apartment for two is equipped with a new kitchen including electrical appliances, dining table and seating possibilities, large double bed, Smart TV and a modern bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet.
Time for two is the topic. From your balcony you can enjoy the sun and the fantastic view of Lake Millstatt and the surrounding mountains.
Your dog is also very welcome in the appartment. We only charge an one-time surcharge of EUR 15,00 for the final cleaning.

In the house there is a general washing/drying room, where a washing machine and a dryer can be used in exchange of a small fee.
In the Millstättersee region you can use the Millstätter-See-Inclusive-Card (MIC). The MIC is available on request in our house and is included in the travel price. The MIC offers free or reduced entry to the surrounding bathing beaches, to the Drautalperle, as well as no tolls on various mountain roads in the area and many other services.
