This house consists of a ground floor with entrance hall leading to the common areas such as living room, kitchen and dining area as well as a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, on the first floor there are two bedrooms and a second bathroom as well as a terrace-solarium.
Bedroom 1: on the ground floor, with double bed of 1.50m.
Bedroom 2: on the ground floor, with double bed of 1.50m.
Bedroom 3: on the ground floor, with double bed of 1.50m.
Facilities include fridge, coffee machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hair dryer.
Cot available on request. Wifi, satellite TV and heating radiators.
It has air conditioning in the rooms, NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE, price according to use.
At the back of the plot we find the triangular shaped swimming pool (5x5m) next to the terrace with chill out area where to rest and from where to watch the children in the pool, this terrace has a mobile awning to provide shaded areas.
Next to the chill out area there is a charcoal barbecue to enjoy meals outside.
At the front of the house there is also an outdoor seating area, as well as a table and chairs in a semi-shaded area overlooking the pool.
The villa is located in a residential area, sorrounded by other villas and not far from hotel's area of Sa Coma.
Situated very close to the beach of Sa Coma this house is ideal for those who want to stay without a car.
The villa is very close to a great variety of restaurants, shops, ......
500 metres from a hypermarket and 200 metres from small supermarkets.
Sa Coma is one of the large beaches in east mallorca, it is very quiet, it is 800 meters long and its waters do not cover up to about 20 meters from the shore, so it is ideal to go with children, since they can play quietly.
Close to the natural area of Punta de nAmer, a protected area where you can go for a walk.
In the Sa Coma area we find an area where you can rent horses for a horseback ride through the protected area known as Sa Punta de n'Amer, to the Castell.
There is also a small Safari, as well as pool areas with slides in hotel complexes that you can hire individually for a day of fun.
