The charming original stone house has been carefully renovated as a perfect vacation home with attractive rustic furniture in traditional style.
It has 4 well-appointed bedrooms, three of which are furnished with a double bed and one with two single beds. The private swimming pool is 45 m2 and ideal for chilling out and cooling off from the hot Croatian sun.
The area around the pool extends to 14000m2 of trimmed lawn and is equipped with 7 sun loungers.
The garden also includes a barbecue area with a dining table where you can enjoy unforgettable moments with family and friends. Apart from this, there is a private bowling alley. This ancient game, with Italian roots, is a popular game along the Croatian coast. You also have all the equipment for the game at your disposal, so this is definitely a new thing to learn during your stay at Villa Bura. The traditional Istrian architecture has been completely preserved, so 2 rooms have the function of a connecting room.
Villa Bura is equipped with satellite TV, DVD and WLAN. There is also a parking lot for 3 cars.The vacation villa is located in the central part of the Istrian peninsula near the small town of Kanfanar. The old architecture of the town and the surrounding villages is well preserved, vineyards and olive trees dominate this area with its warm, Mediterranean climate. Kanfanar and the surrounding countryside are well known, not only for its historical and cultural heritage, but also for its excellent wines and authentic Istrian cuisine. Istria is a unique, enchanting place that has welcomed visitors and settlers from all parts of the world for as long as there have been historical records. The city of Pula with its Roman amphitheater and the Brijuni National Park with an 18-hole golf course are only a 20-minute drive away. Great restaurants, taverns and wine cellars can be found in the vicinity of the vacation home. A great place to enjoy food, wine and history - and of course to relax.
