Situated on the edge of a small village, amidst the enchanting Istrian countryside, the magnificent Casa 42 exudes authentic Istrian flair but with extra modern comforts to ensure you have a truly unique vacation experience. The old stone house has been carefully restored to retain its immense charm yet with a stylish modern twist that brings together elegance, functionality and a sense of welcoming warmth.
On the first floor is the impressive open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. The harmonious blend of traditional and contemporary style provides the ideal ambience for enjoying time together with family and friends. Generous patio doors bring in plenty of natural light and offer beautiful views of the pool and idyllic countryside.
Outside, the enticing private pool takes center stage, with a shallow entrance, making it particularly suitable for young children. The pool is surrounded by a beautiful stone terrace that invites you to relax, sunbathe and enjoy the relaxing rural atmosphere. Here you will also find the shaded outdoor dining area, perfect for long, relaxed lunches or romantic dinners under the stars.
The four bedrooms, one of which is conveniently located on the first floor, are both elegant and cozy. Each has a carefully designed bathroom and flat-screen TV.
The only thing you need to do is plan how you will enjoy your well-deserved vacation at Casa 42, which offers a relaxing retreat from the summer crowds but is only a few minutes' drive from tourist amenities and the stunning beaches of this region. The historic hilltop towns of Svetvincenat (10km), Zminj (18km) and Bale (18km) are certainly worth a visit and will charm you with their quaint winding streets, cute little cafes, lovely restaurants and relaxed atmosphere. Not to be missed is definitely the breathtaking regional capital of Pula (25 km). If you like adventure, there is a great adrenaline park in the village of Glavani, just 5 km away, as well as the Barba Tone horse farm (7 km), which guarantee a fun day out for the whole family.
