Our accommodation is the perfect starting point for nature activities and relaxing moments. Whether you want to go hiking in the surrounding mountains, explore the breathtaking beauty of the Mölltal Glacier or just relax in nature, here you have numerous opportunities to experience the beauty of the surroundings.

In just 4 minutes by car (1.8 km) you can comfortably reach the valley station of the Gletscherexpress from your front door. In another 8 minutes you are already in Austria's most snow-sure glacier ski area from 2,230 to 3,120 m above sea level. The Mölltal Glacier is the official training area of the Austria Ski Team and the German National Alpine Ski Team. Ski teams from all over the world use the optimal conditions on the Mölltal Glacier to prepare for the World Cup even during the summer months. It is not without reason that international World Cup teams choose this training region.

Cooling off in summer is provided by the Innerfragant waterfall, which is within sight and can be reached in just 3 minutes on foot.

The exposed roof truss, the light-flooded panoramic glazing up to the gable and the covered, expansive balcony terrace create an incomparable ambience and meet the highest standards.

The luxury flat not only impresses with its high-quality furnishings and stylish interior, but also offers a majestic view of the nearby impressive waterfall. Let yourself be enchanted by this sight and enjoy moments of relaxation on your spacious, south-facing private balcony terrace (20 m2).

In the bathroom you will find double washbasins, a spacious shower, a WC and even a bidet for added comfort. The flat is located on the 2nd floor and unfortunately does not have barrier-free access.

After an exciting day in nature, you can enjoy the magnificent view on the balcony terrace. The idyllic atmosphere of our Grand Chalet allows you to escape the stress of everyday life and recharge your batteries.
The balcony terrace to the south offers a 20 m2 of outdoor space completely covered, so that your ohnroom, if you wish, extends quite a bit outside into nature.
