The dining table by the window offers space for 2 people. The cozy living room with fireplace is furnished in a maritime style with a sofa and a comfortable TV armchair. A large LCD television, Blu-Ray player, as well as games, books and area maps are available. The existing balcony offers wonderful water views. The bathroom with daylight window is equipped with a vanity, shower, underfloor heating and radio. The hallway and a separate storage room offer plenty of space.
