The apartment is just 200m from the wonderful Maria Pia beach and convenient to the main facilities and services in the area. Due to its proximity to the pine beach of Maria Pia, whose seabed gently slopes, it is a holiday home suitable for families with children and, in general, for those who do not plan to use the car during the holiday. Even during your holiday, evening excursions along the seafront promenade cannot be missed, and in less than 5 minutes by car you can reach some of the most popular places in the area, such as Rafel, Bahía or Pizzeria Lido, to name just a few. A visit to the historic center of Alghero is a must, unique in Sardinia for its genre and artistic influences: it is in fact one of the few inhabited places that has almost completely preserved its walls, whose bastions are today one of the most beautiful and suggestive pedestrian paths, from which you can admire fiery sunsets. The old town is characterized by its Catalan-Aragonese architecture with picturesque narrow streets, craft shops and workshops for red coral from Alghero, a native marine species known for its coloring and properties that has given the city the name "Coral Riviera".
