Situato in palazzina nuova, si compone di ampia zona giorno con angolo cottura e divano letto, camera matrimoniale, altra camera da letto con tre letti, ampio servizio con doccia e ripostiglio; completano la proprietà un terrazzino arredato con tavolo e sedie per mangiare anche all’aperto e godere piacevoli momenti di relax e un posto auto riservato molto prezioso data la difficoltà di parcheggio nella zona essendo vicini alla spiaggia.


L’appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort, presenti: tv a schermo piatto, aria condizionata, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, videocitofono, phon asse e ferro da stiro; nelle immediate vicinanze tutti i servizi principali.
