Nestled amidst the serene countryside between Venelles and Puyricard, a short distance from Aix en Provence, this family house offers an exceptional stay in a lush green setting, encompassing a private pool.

The ground floor welcomes you with various areas. The main entrance leads to a living/dining room where French windows invite the garden inside. A closet is stocked with engaging board games, and there's a piano salon furnished with a grand piano. A ground floor bedroom opens onto a west-facing terrace and has a private bathroom for comfort and convenience. Ascending to the first floor, you'll find a reading/study area along with the remaining bedrooms, one of which is a children's room with bunk beds and a stowaway bed.

Outside, the expansive land boasts a beautiful, flowered garden. East and west-facing terraces provide ample space and dining furniture for al fresco meals. The private pool, secured by an alarm and sized at 10 m x 5 m, offers deck chairs, sun loungers, and an optional removable pool fence. Additional amenities include a plancha, table tennis, a football table, and a swing.

For anyone wishing to explore the area, walking trails commence directly from the house, and two mountain bikes are available for use.

The house is located in the countryside between Venelles and Puyricard, a few km from the centre of Aix-en-Provence. Nearby you can visit the mountain Sainte Victoire, the abbey of Silvacane, the vineyards route, the Luberon villages and barely an hour from the sea, the Alpilles.
