This Provence holiday home shares a fenced pool with another property on-site. Located on the first floor of the owners' farmhouse, it offers a kitchen/dining area with necessary appliances and a ground-floor independent games room/living area, exclusively for this rental, with a sofa, table football, and a small fridge.

Outdoors features lush gardens, table tennis, and a swing. The rental has a private balcony accessible from the kitchen and a terrace with seating and a barbecue at garden level. The fenced pool (13m x 7m, depth: 0.80m to 1.80m), terrace, lawn area and sun loungers are shared with guests from the other rental.

The property is located in the countryside, at about 800 m from the village of Saint Roman de Malegarde. In the village, you will find a bread depot and for more shopping you will have to go to Tulette (4 km). Saint Roman de Malegarde is on the border of Vaucluse and Drôme Provençale between Bollène and Vaison la Romaine.

Saint Roman de Malegarde is a good starting point to explore the surrounding villages and vineyards of Tulette, Cairanne, Visan, Richerenches, Sainte Cécile les Vignes, and many hiking trails leading to the valley of the Aygues river.
