The apartment, located on the second floor, opens onto the open plan living area, furnished with a double sofa bed, a cabinet with TV, a dining table, and a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven, a kettle, a toaster, and an espresso coffee machine. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a dresser and a closet. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.
