Are you dreaming of a roof terrace with sea views? Then you should read on, because this modern townhouse in the heart of Portocolom combines purist design with a fabulous view of the turquoise sea, which extends to the peninsula on the other side of the bay. Relax on cosy rocking chairs with a cool drink or transform the roof terrace with a large blanket into a great place for a romantic picnic at sunset. Under the clear starry skies of Mallorca, this is the perfect retreat and place to relax after long days on the beach.

The interior of the 130 m² house also invites you to relax: The minimalist living and dining area with its bright colour tones not only provides a pleasant contrast to the many colourful impressions of the island, but is also equipped with modern -art technology: a flat-screen TV with clever backlighting awaits you, as does a fully equipped kitchen with the latest electrical appliances. Right next to it, a loggia houses the washing machine and a fridge with freezer compartment. The two cosy bedrooms with beds measuring 1.40 x 1.90 m are located on the first floor. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of light; the rooms can be darkened with shutters if required. The mosquito nets are also very practical, protecting you from annoying pests at night. One of the two rooms has direct access to the terrace. The two bathrooms with natural light, one of which is on the ground floor, have large washbasins and barrier-free walk-in showers. A staircase leads to another loggia, from which you can access the roof terrace.

Portocolom, the alleged birthplace of the seafarer and explorer Christopher Columbus, is a quiet and tranquil place. Your townhouse is just a few minutes' walk from Club Nàutico, where you can marvel at the fantastic sailing yachts. The fishing village is located in a sheltered bay, where the largest natural harbour on the island has been created. The neighbouring old town invites you to stroll around. The numerous restaurants will spoil you with culinary highlights. Thanks to the good transport links, you can easily reach your holiday home. You can park your car on the street right outside your door. The beautiful sandy beach of Cala Marçal is located just outside the village in a bay surrounded by cliffs. The beach has a perfect infrastructure as well as clear, blue water and is popular with young and old. The equally beautiful but somewhat hidden beach of S'Arenal is located on a peninsula opposite the town centre: here you can marvel at one of the island's many lighthouses. This small but lovely townhouse is located two blocks from the sea in the beautiful fishing village of Portocolom in the quiet south-east of Mallorca. The sea, the romantic harbour and the town's best restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. For swimming, head to the fine sandy beach of Cala Marçal: restaurants and bars line the beach promenade; a children's playground and pedal boat hire make this beach with lifeguards so popular with families.
