The drive to your villa in Sant Llorenç takes you to authentic, rural Mallorca, surrounded by fields and olive groves. Es Moli en Llull is located on the outermost edge of Sant Llorenç; its characteristic feature is the typical Mallorcan tower. You can park comfortably either in the garage or in the paved car park under the palm trees directly in front of the house. There is easily enough space for three cars. You are now in the middle of the extensive gardens, lushly planted with palm trees, olive trees and fruit trees. The garden surrounds the entire property and despite the proximity to the village, it still feels like you are miles away. Now your holiday can begin. Behind the house, a lawn and a pool with a shallow entry area and sun loungers are already waiting for you. The covered terrace with barbecue and large table is perfect for evening barbecues with the family. The children can let off steam on the sunbathing lawn or have fun with you in the pool.

Villa Es Moli en Llull has been completely renovated while retaining its original character. On hot summer days, the house is a cool retreat; the tiled floors and sandstone ceilings radiate warmth and cosiness. On the ground floor, in addition to the entrance area with piano, there is a large living room with flatscreen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with adjoining, spacious dining area and a small living room with an open fireplace. With their original, rustic wooden furniture, the rooms exude a typical Mallorcan atmosphere. The four bedrooms and two bathrooms are also located on the ground floor. There is one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The other bedrooms are furnished with single beds. Spacious wardrobes provide plenty of room to store everything you need for your holiday. Upstairs, the tower, the defining feature of the house, is surrounded by a huge roof terrace where you can enjoy the sunset with a delicious sundowner.

The centre of the quiet village with its cafés and restaurants is only 70 m away. Every Thursday there is a market where you can stock up on fresh produce. The villa is located on a small country road that can even be heard from the property, so you can quickly set off on extensive tours of the island. An easy 20-minute drive will take you to some of the most beautiful beaches on the south-east coast of Mallorca, such as Sa Coma and Sa Marjal (12 km). The fishing village of Porto Cristo with its harbour, beach and famous dragon caves is only 18 km away. For shopping or a stroll, a trip to Manacor (8.5 km) or to the small artists' town of Artà (14 km) with its beautiful shops, cafés and restaurants is well worthwhile. The area around Sant Llorenç is ideal for long hikes through the hills of the Serres de Llevant nature park or along the Vía Verde de Mallorca, Mallorca's greenway, which leads from Manacor via Sant Llorenç to Artà. The charming Villa Es Moli den Llull is situated on a 3,000 m² plot in the middle of a spacious garden on the outskirts of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar in the east of the island. With a living space of 183 m², it is perfect for large families. The village with bakery, supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants is just a few minutes' walk away. The beautiful sandy beaches of Sa Coma or Sa Marjal are only 12 km away.

Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party group as your booking will be declined after booking, which may also be upon arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund.
