From the heights of the Leucate cliffs, a beautiful blue horizon rises up in front of the gîte, with a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea, the Etang de Leucate, the Canigou and the Albères massif. From the terrace, you can enjoy all the natural beauty of the region.

The beautiful sandy beaches, protected from the wind, are just 800m away and you can enjoy an idyllic, heavenly setting with wild coves. The gîte is set in a peaceful location and you'll be ideally placed, with all the shops you need close by: mini-market, tobacconist's, baker's, restaurants, markets, tourist office, etc. During your stay, you can take part in a number of activities, including windsurfing, adventure courses, tennis, water sports, cycling and cinema. There is a lovely walk along the cliffs from Leucate to La Franqui, with several stages (the lighthouse, the plagette, the fort, etc.).
Nature lovers and lovers of beautiful scenery will be well catered for. Leucate's location is ideal for discovering all the attractions of the region: the Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park, the Sigean African reserve, Roman Narbonne, the Cité de Carcassonne, the Cathar castles, Catalan Perpignan, the Vermeille coast with Collioure, Spain and the Corbières massif.

On site, the gîte has a small garden of 25m2 and a beautiful, large, private, fenced terrace (16m2) with a unique view. It is equipped with garden furniture for the capacity of the gîte and deckchairs for basking in the Midi sun (present 300 days a year). Just imagine having your morning coffee, your meal or simply the evening when everything is lit up in this heavenly setting. There is also a summer kitchen with an electric griddle.
For parking, there is a private garage for one car, where you can also store your water sports equipment or bicycles.
On the ground floor, the air-conditioned gîte opens onto: - a large living room with dining table, sitting area with sofa bed for 2 person, TV. - A shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. - A separate, fully-equipped kitchen. Upstairs, a mezzanine opens onto the living room and has a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (80cm).
Pets are welcome only with prior agreement with the owner and at no extra charge. WIFI connection. Baby equipment available on request. Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are optional extras.
