Charming studio for a couple in the heart of one of France's most beautiful villages in the Corbières region.
Lagrasse's heritage is remarkable, with its abbey opening its doors to you, but also when you stroll through the historic cobbled streets to discover its local shops and crafts, a market is also held every week with a warm atmosphere. During the summer season, you can enjoy a refreshing swim along the Orbieu river and its small beaches. There are many beautiful walks around the village, with breathtaking scenery. Lagrasse is a great place to stay on vacation. All the shops are in the village (2 grocery stores, several restaurants and bars, bakery, tobacconist, pharmacy...).
What's more, its central location in the Aude department means you can discover all the region's jewels in less than an hour's drive from the gîte: the beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean, the medieval city of Carcassonne, the Canal du Midi, the Cathar castles and Roman Narbonne.
The gîte is an independent studio on the 1st floor of a village house adjoining other apartments. It opens onto a large living room with an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, a sitting area with sofa and TV, a dining table and a 180x200cm Japanese king-size bed, and a separate bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin.
Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included. WIFI fiber connection. Shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Public parking nearby. Pets are welcome only on request to the owner and under good behavior.
