Our house was newly built in 2024 in a natural environment and includes a total of four holiday flats. The town centre can be reached in five minutes by walk. Two of the flats have a beautiful balcony that offers a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain scenery. The other two flats on the ground floor invite to spend relaxing hours with direct access to the garden. In each flat you can look forward to an infrared sauna.
The apartment on the upper floor offers an idyllic south-west balcony with a direct view of the Rotspitze. Two bedrooms are equipped with comfortable pinewood double beds, and there is also a sofa bed in the living room. The living and dining area includes a modern, fully equipped kitchenette with a panoramic window and a view of the surrounding mountains. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub. The apartment has an infrared cabin.
