Equipped lawn (1.500 m2) with table for outside dining. The area is surrounded by woods, with trekking routes for relaxing walks. Adjoining the house is another holiday home that is occasionally lived in. Parking. Please note: the small kitchenette has been obtained in a niche (h 1.70 m). By means of a spiral staircase you reach the ground floor and the 1st fl. under the eaves. The 1st fl. under the eaves has an average height of 2.2 m. Simple furniture.LOCATION: 4 km Castel Focognano (food shops), 8 km Rassina (various shops), 35 km Arezzo.
