For shared use, the following are available: sunbathing lawn, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and campfire site.

The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Direct view of the highest mountain Sněžka. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking in the summer at the house, in winter on the central car park (300 meters) for a fee.
