Superb house with garden in Lézardrieux

In a quiet, leafy setting, this beautiful, fully-restored 1578 stone farmhouse is 600 m from the sea, 100 m from the GR34 and 3 km from Lézardrieux village. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, food processor and small electrical appliances). The large living room has a fireplace, bar area and television, hi-fi system with DVD player, DIVIX, USB port and photo card reader for viewing photos directly on the television. There is also a bathroom with shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet.

Seduced by the peace and quiet of the countryside and the proximity of the sea, this cosy, warm house has 4 bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a large living room.

The 400m² enclosed garden is equipped with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue, and there are lovely walks along the GR 34 that will take you to magnificent sea views, nearby beaches, fishing, the Ile à Bois riding centre 1 km away and the Loguivy water sports centre 5 km away. In the town of Lézardrieux, 3 km away, you'll find all the local shops and the tourist office, which will suggest all the things to do and see. Come and discover this fabulous region with its rich architectural heritage, its manor houses, its chapels, its small towns full of character such as Tréguier and its cathedral, the Château de la Roche Jagu, Beauport Abbey... But also its natural heritage, its magnificent wild coastline with turquoise waters, the Sillon du Talbert or the Pink Granite Coast facing the seven islands, a natural bird reserve.
