Snug, newly furnished holiday apartment right by its own private lake, with the possibility to go boating and fishing
The apartment of around 70m² is on the first floor. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed and a bunk bed, as well as a pull-out sofa bed in the living room (140 x 20cm). A cot is also available free of charge. Satellite TV and a DVD player are available in the living room. The kitchen is fully-equipped, from a corkscrew to a dishwasher and microwave. There are also a washing machine and dryer. The bathroom has a bath.
The apartment has a little balcony (ca. 4m²) and a big terrace (ca. 14m²) with seating, an awning etc., all with a view of the lake.
It is right by the edge of town (Knielingen, the oldest district of Karlsruhe), very quietly situated but just 15 minutes from the centre. There is plenty to see and experience in and around Karlsruhe, e.g. ZKM, Europabad, Vivarium, salt grotto, castle park, zoo, trade fair and museums, the Iffezheim horse racing course, the Baden-Baden casino, Rust leisure park, Tripsdrill and Haßloch nearby, and Seaworld. You can go on trips to the nearby Alsace (ca. 12 mins), Strasbourg, pottery villages and bars. The Palatinate area invites you to visit castles, go hiking and visit wine festivals. The adventurous can go paragliding and climbing. There are many three-star restaurants in the nearby Black Forest worth a visit.
