Holiday flat for 2 people near the beach

You live in Ahlbeck in a quietly situated holiday home close to the beach. The house and the flats were completely modernised in 2005.
The flat is located on the 1st floor, is 30 m² in size and is suitable for 2 persons. There is a combined living room/bedroom with pull-out double sofa bed, shower/WC and separate kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, microwave and all small appliances as well as a dining area.
Guests have access to a covered outdoor seating area with barbecue, a bicycle storage room and two beach chairs on the property. Cot and high chair available. Car park on the property.
The historic pier is only 150 metres away. Restaurants and shops are in the immediate vicinity.

    “Für einen Aufenthalt in Ahlbeck mit begrenztem Budget absolut empfehlenswert. Ich denke man weiß, dass man keine neue Luxus-ausstattung für den Preis erwarten kann und ich gehöre zu der Kategorie Mensch, die lieber ihr Geld für Aktivitäten und Erlebnisse vor Ort verplant, als für die Unterkunft. Diese finde ich ausreichend bis gut. Man hat einen Kühlschrank, eine eigene Küche, eigenes Bad. Was will man mehr, wenn man dafür meer hat! Positiv: Die Wohnung hat eine unglaublich gute Lage, gerade auch für den Preis. Man ist in sehr wenigen Gehminuten in der Stadt oder am Strand und hat so alles was man braucht in direkter Umgebung.
    Es gab einen nagelneuen Kleiderschrank und ein geräumiges Badezimmer, sowie eine ausreichende Grundausstattung der Küchenzeile. Es ist alles in der Ferienwohnung vorhanden, was man zum Leben braucht. Auch Spielkarten wurden zur Verfügung gestellt (diese könnten vielleicht auch mal erneuert werden) und eine ganz nette Begrüßungsmappe mit einigen nützlichen Infos der Gastgeber*innen. Auch die Abwicklung der Buchung, sowie der Schlüsselübergabe war freundlich und unkompliziert. Negativ: Man merkt eben, dass das Objekt und die Ausstattung ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen sind, was aber auch irgendwie einen gewissen Charme hatte.
    Über ein richtiges Bett hätten wir uns auch sehr gefreut, es war eine Art schlafsofa und hat sich eher wie eine Liege angefühlt. Geschlafen haben wir durch die Ostseeluft trotzdem wie ein Stein, also auch das Bett ist nur als kleine Bemerkung am Rand. Restaurant: Uwe's Fischerhütte - Wir gehen dort immer wieder gerne hin. Ich fand das Restaurant vor dem Umbau deutlich schöner, aber das ist reine Nostalgie. Ausflüge: Achterwasser - Eine Lagune mit Steilküste, Biergarten, und vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten drumherum.”

    Weiterempfehlenswert
    kommen auch mal wieder Positiv: Betreuung sehr gut, Frau R. war sehr aufmerksam und stets ansprechbar. Strandnähe optimal, div. Restaurants in direkter Nachbarschaft. Negativ: Fenster in Unterkunft etwas marode, teils schlecht zu öffnen, undicht. Rauchwarnmelder scheinbar ohne Funktion, Betriebsanzeige-LED reagiert nicht mit blinken.
    Fernbedienung für Fernseher und Kabelempfangsgerät unbrauchbar.”
