You are not far from the coast, the picturesque bay of Mont St. Michel, famous also for its oysters. The beaches of Cancale, and the beautiful Pointe du Grouin are easily accessible and perfect for a day at the sea. Shop, café/bar and restaurant 1.5km, beach 40km.
