This lovely, detached holiday property features a large enclosed garden and views from most rooms onto the sea, which is just 100 metres away. The bright and airy ground floor has a living and dining area with a fully-fitted corner kitchen and there are French doors leading to the garden and a choice of sunny or shaded locations to eat or relax in. New for 2015, a sunlounge has just been added to the house so that you now have an additional place to relax overlooking the front garden. The sea is just beyond the garden and the beach is a 350 metre walk. Also within easy walking distance are a small shop, a bar/restaurant and a network of cycle paths, whilst the village of Assérac has more facilities. The resort town of Guérande is a 20-minute drive.

    “Mooi huisje met alle voorzieningen en een mooie tuin, mooie plek.Het voorziene linnengoed was wel ontoereikend als je een huis verhuurt voor max 9 mensen. Wij moesten om keukenhanddoeken vragen en kregen er amper 2, badhanddoeken waren er eveneens onvoldoende, gelukkig is er een wasmachine.     “Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist prima. Man hat einen tollen Meerblick. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt zu Wünschen übrig aber ansonsten ist es prima ausgestattet und gemütlich mit geschmackvoller Inneneinrichtung. Der Preis war sehr günstig. Die Straße vor dem Grundstück ist allerdings relativ stark befahren.”
