Middelfart is one of the beautiful commercial towns on the island of Fyn, with a cozy old town center and a beautiful modernized harbor front with cafes, restaurants and a smaller marina. Here is a pedestrian zone with many interesting stores. The nature around Middelfart is incredibly beautiful. Here you can walk from the harbor front to a large forest area bordering the sea Lillebælt. The area is very cropped, with beautiful beech forests, slopes and nice swimming beaches. Also bring your fishing rod, there are unique opportunities for pleasure fishing here. The largest city of Fyn, Odense, is only 30 minutes drive from Middelfart, and the many attractions in central Jylland are also not far away, e.g. Legoland, Givskud Lion Park, Randers Regnskov etc.
