This spacious apartment is located on the beautiful sandy beach. You can use the lift to reach the ground floor from where there is a small coastal road that takes you to the sea. You could dine on the beautiful terrace with the sea breeze and the shade of gnarled pine. The living room and one of the bedrooms directly overlook the sea. Public transportation, restaurants, cafes and shopping arcades are nearby. The gently sloping beach is ideal for small children. You can walk along the beach promenade or cycle on the path along the sea to the neighbouring township of Alcúdia. Various water sports equipment can be rented. A trip to the Formentor peninsula is highly recommended.

    “Dejlig stor lejlighed med fin beliggenhed midt i byen og direkte ned til stranden. Dejlig balkon mod havet. Fin strand med rolig og afslappet atmosfære og fint klart vand. Veludstyret køkken. Lejligheden var ren, men med småskader, som et ¨delvist nedrevet gardin, hul i afskærmningen til bruseren og den slags småting. Der er ikke Wifi i lejligheden, hvilket vi savnede.
    Administratoren Juan var imødekommende og let at kommunikere med.
    Der er støj fra omgivelserne, som man vil kunne forvente midt i byen.”
