“A quiet location (other than the occasional aircraft, being only 10 mins drive from the airport) but close to all the amenities of Trogir and Split. Easy reach of supermarket and local bars and restaurants but there is not much else in Kastel Luksic, thank goodness.”

“Kastel Luksic is a lovely area. The center of the town (Luksic) is filled with lovely old buildings, and the small museum, which also houses the tourist information office. It's clean and the people are friendly, and the sea is beautiful.
The beaches are pebble beaches, well appointed with an ice-cream vendor, and free showers and changing facilities all along the sea-front. One tip, take some beach shoes as the pebbles are hard on your feet!
Luksic also has many supermarkets and groceries - and we mostly shopped and ate at the villa. The cafes we went to tend towards 'touristy' food like burgers/pizzas etc, we ate out a few times, but mostly ate at home.
Luksic is very close to split airport, a 10 minute taxi ride, which should cost you about 100 Kuna. And also a short bus ride/drive from both Trogir and Split where there are more things to see and do.
A fantastic location for a quiet and relaxing holiday”
