    “In dem Ferienort LES Salelles gibt es keine Gastronomie oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, was aber nicht schlimm ist. Dies alles gibt es ausreichend in LES VANS. Es ist der optimale Ort als Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten. Meine Frau und ich verbringen schon seit über 10 Jahren ständig unseren Urlaub in Frankreich. Trotz Pool war die Unterkunft für die 2 Wochen im Mai viel zu teuer (wegen Mängel in Wohnqualität, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit). Wir haben schon bessere Objekte zu einem weitaus günstigerem Preis gebucht. Hier haben wir uns mehr versprochen und sind enttäuscht.”

    “Der Ort ist ein Dorf an einem tollen Gebirgs-Fluss sowie am Hang eines weiten Tales. Die Häuser der Bewohner sind weit voneinander entfernt: Wandern, Schwimmen im Fluss, Fluss-Kanu-Touren, Radfahren (Rennrad oder VTT) gut machbar, schöne alte Höfe im Grünen betrachten: alles möglich. Unser Papa hatte sein Motorrad mit, war an manchen Tagen etliche Stunden auf Tour. Wenn man mal Lust auf etwas mehr Geschäftigkeit hat: in 5 min. ist man in dem sympathischen Städtchen Les Vans: wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Größere Städte sind weiter weg; da wir aus der Stadt sind, haben wir uns nicht nach Städtetouren bei 35°C gesehnt (kannten Orange/Avignon/Arles,... auch schon).”
